Therapeutic Yoga Sessions (Private 1 to 1 Sessions):
Yoga is a great way to combat stress. Yoga offers many physical & mental benefits including improved focus, reduced stress levels and greater ease in movement. It is an excellent practice to combat repetitive stress injuries or postural imbalances.
Private yoga sessions to meet each person's specific needs. Start with an assessment and then the yoga teacher will build a plan for you to get back to alignment and balance. With a regular yoga practice, transformation can happen on a physical, mental and emotional level.

What you need:
• A quiet, open and comfortable space.
• Each person will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing
• 60 mins - $90 per session
• 90 mins - $120 per session
Individual assessments and private therapeutic sessions are also available.
